Muncheez AI, coming with 2.0

You call.
We pick up.
Even mid-rush.

Muncheez 2.0 comes with a phone host that never steps away from the counter. It takes your order, answers your questions, and sends everything straight to the kitchen. Any hour, any day.

Why we’re doing this

The phone used to lose to the grill

At the old Thornhill counter, the lunch rush was a beautiful mess: batter on the griddle, a line out the door, and the phone ringing behind it all. When it got busy, about 3 in 10 calls went unanswered. Every one of those was a real person who wanted a crepe and gave up.

A missed call is usually a $25 to $50 order that never happens, and worse, a hungry friend we never got to meet. So Muncheez 2.0 hires the one team member whose hands are never covered in flour. The people make the food. The AI answers the phone.

Nobody should get a busy signal from a creperie.
A Tuesday, 12:40 pm Example call
Muncheez
“Muncheez, how can I help?”
You
“Two Lil Birds and a mango smoothie. Does the falafel crepe have dairy?”
Muncheez
“The falafel crepe can be made dairy-free, just say the word. Two Lil Birds and a mango smoothie, ready for pickup in 15 minutes.”

Meanwhile, at the counter: nobody stopped flipping crepes.

How a call goes

Same phone number as always. The only difference is that it always gets picked up.

Call the shop

Day or night, rush or lull. The phone host answers on the first ring.

Say what you’re craving

Order anything on the menu, ask about ingredients and allergens, or check hours and pickup times.

Pick it up hot

Your order lands on the kitchen screen and syncs with our till, so it’s rung in, made fresh, and waiting when you arrive.

The honest part

Yes, it’s an AI. It says so.

The phone host introduces itself as an assistant, and it never pretends otherwise. It exists so a busy counter never means an unanswered call.

Rather talk to a person? Just say so. It will hand you to the team, or take a message if every pair of hands is mid-crepe.
